Service terms

Clear expectations.
Better projects.

Last updated: 23 August 2026

These are our headline working terms. Each project receives a written quotation and scope; that project-specific agreement takes priority where it differs.

Scope and quotations

The quotation will describe the pages, features, deliverables, revision allowance, estimated schedule, and price. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate quotation or written variation.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, a 50% non-refundable deposit paid through PayPal reserves the project and starts the work. The remaining balance is due through PayPal after approval and before launch, transfer, or release of final deliverables.

Content and feedback

The client is responsible for supplying accurate business information, approved imagery, and timely feedback. Delays in receiving content or feedback may move the delivery schedule.

Revisions

Website packages include two structured revision rounds unless the quotation states otherwise. A revision refines agreed work; a new direction, page, or feature may be quoted separately.

Ownership

After full payment, the client owns the agreed final website deliverables, excluding third-party software, fonts, stock assets, and services governed by their own licences. Domain and hosting accounts should be held in the client’s name.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, payment systems, booking tools, and other third-party services may have separate charges and terms. Launchstead Digital is not responsible for outages or policy changes controlled by those providers.

Cancellation

If the client cancels after work begins, the deposit is retained, and any completed work beyond its value may be invoiced. If Launchstead Digital cannot complete the agreed work, fees for undelivered work will be refunded.
